This is the should-be commercial (but sort of personal) site of a reclusive business developer holed-up somewhere in rural England who, in rejecting the pushy and hypey manner in which much of commerce is conducted, 'just wants to do his stuff quietly in a fuss-free and no-nonsense manner'.
